Text: F & B Deputy Manager - Kingsbridge - Devon - £15 - £18 per annum - A delightful award winning 64 room family hotel with an AA rosette awarded restaurant is looking for a Food and Beverage / Deputy Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a similar estabishment. You will be expected to support the Food and Beverage Manager, Deputise for them, supervise staff and ensure high standards are met and maintained, you will be proficient in health and safety law and able to lead a team and deputise for the Hotel Manager. This is an excellent opportunity with exciting progression prospects, as the compnay will consider promotion to Hotel Manager within 12 months for the correct candidate.
