Text: 11FT Dinghy / Tender - ideal boat for rowing or fishing Ready for collection from Plymouth, Devon. This dinghy is of marine-ply construction which has been fibreglassed by a previous owner on the outside, inside the marine ply has been painted and could do with another coat, a couple of panels are bare wood and look like they have been replaced by the previous owner, the inside though is untouched by fibreglass, so it is easy to see that there is no rot in the wood. Her hull was painted over the winter, but could do with a wash to remove the dust which has accumulated in storage, this will happen of course the first time you put her in the water! She has three cross thwarts (bow, midships & stern) and two which run between the midships and stern thwarts on each side, so she is quite capable of transporting crew and kit as a tender or is comfortable for a few hours fishing. Her transom is strengthened to take an outboard, there is also a rowing position, the hull is designed with some chines (three as I remember) to look like clinker. One of the rubbing strips is missing. She has one cleat on the back, and one internal bow ring. She has been stored inside. This is a good sturdy boat ready to be used this summer, with a rub-down and a coat of paint this winter to make her look really special. Ideal as a day boat; fishing boat; yacht tender or for just messing about on the river. Selling due to needing space in shed.
