If there is no soundproofing, I can make it. THE BEST COULD BE A BASEMENT, GARAGE, STORAGE, ANY UNIT or anything else... Please, suggest what you have. SIZE AT LEAST about: 4m x 3m x 3m!!!! Price should be up to 50pm exclusive if there is NO heating. If there is free heating, price should be up to 100 per month inclusive. Electricity is quite necessary!!! LONG TERM RENT (several years)!!! I will be there nearly all the time (24hours daily). The contract for several years with the OWNER of that one.
